A little wave therapy to help me out today......nice walk along the beach.
Don't get me wrong, it was CHILLY (-6 with wind!!!) but I was determined to get the benefit of this beautiful day!

all the way up there in nova scotia it must be FREEZING!!!! i love the beach too though. but, i can't really handle the beaches in tokyo until june. too cold. brrrrrrrrrrrr
I love the water! I haven't made it to the maritimes yet, but hope to do a road trip there sometime in the next couple of years.
Ooooh... Pretty water. Too bad it's still close to freezing. :)
